Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Right from now on we are not going to write posts from both of us anymore so there with be some I's! Anyway.....

Salve (sorry i am obsessed with Latin at the moment),

My friend is allergic to gluten and she made some AMAZING peanut butter cookies so she gave me the recipe and i thought i would share it with you guys!

You will need:
2 cups of peanut butter
2 cups of white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
1 ½ cups chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius 

2) Grease a cookie tray 

3) Combine all ingredients, don't forget to mix...

4) Roll Dough into balls and squish down flat (about 1 cm depth)

5) Cook for 5 - 10 minutes (they will be golden brown)

A helpful tip:
Use chunky peanut butter for an extra crunch
